The application-based workshop was open to students and young professionals from across the Southeast to challenge the perception, value, and relevancy of the practice of architecture in one of the fastest growing cities in the United States. This year’s workshop will welcome eighteen participants from six states and eight universities.
While here, participants will develop critical design solutions for social problems in the city. This work will be represented via any media participants choose and will be the subject of a public exhibit. The lecture series will be open to the public and is intended to spark critical dialogue about the future of the built environment in downtown Raleigh.
