Proximity is an adaptable employment housing project that addresses and serves houseless communities within the city of Raleigh.

The proposal aims to connect, engage, and partner with existing organizations and infrastructure withinRaleigh to provide meaningful connections to the residents and visitors.

To achieve this endeavor, Proximity identifies three primary zones of impact:Houseless communities, South Park community, and the surrounding city Raleigh.By identifying key organizations and infrastructure within each of these zones,Proximity engages these communities using programmatic zones of housing, employment, and an adaptive public plaza tailored to its context.
